Questions about pricing
What do we pay for in the setup?
Setup covers the review of your business, the script, the knowledge base, connecting your channels and systems, and testing. You pay it once, after we have agreed the scope.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is all messages with one customer within 24 hours, in any channel. If you regularly go over the limit, we suggest a larger package in advance instead of sending an unexpected bill.
What if we need more minutes?
Minutes above the package cost €0.25 each. We let you know in good time when you are close to the limit.
Can we start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Many businesses start with the chat receptionist and add voice later. For the setup you only pay the difference.
Are there any other costs?
Calls to your number are included in the package minutes. If the agent sends reminders on WhatsApp, Meta’s fee for those messages is billed at cost. Integrations with non-standard systems are quoted separately.
