This document explains what personal data we receive through this website and how we use it.

Who processes the data

What data we receive

Through the request form: your name, a contact (phone, email or messenger username), type of business and your message. If you message us on a messenger or by email, we receive the data you send.

Technical data: the hosting server logs IP addresses and browser data for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare an offer and conclude a contract. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not use the data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

Our website hosting provider and email service, to the extent needed for them to work. Contractors who help deliver your project — only under contract and only the data they need. Public authorities — where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract — up to 12 months after the last contact. Customer data — for the duration of the contract and then as long as Latvian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent. Write to info@xeqtra.com. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv) or to the supervisory authority where you live — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
